Choupo Tadiesse’s father was Te Wabo Souop Kam Chaokoto from Banka, a wise man in the Chief’s palace and a warrior. He was a blacksmith as well and often delivered his products to the Chief who did not pay. So one day, Te Wabo went o see the Chief to ask for his dues. The Chief rather asked him to bring his two (2) children Choupo Tadiesse and Te Kamgaing, to whom he a territory each. Tadiesse’s mother was called Mme Tcheunwa.
Family isn't an important thing, it is everything
Choupo Tadiesse had a large compound, he had 5 wives and over 20 children. Several years later and this family turned community with children spread around the four corners of the world.
